Woo! Just because we’re off today due to the snow brought to us by Hurricane Nemo, doesn’t mean a recap of the shortened week isn’t in order. So sit back, relax, and take a look at what you might have missed this past week in the world of Dean Michaels Studio.

Dean Michaels Studio started the week off by posting some gorgeous photos from Michele and Jeff’s engagement shoot at Skylands Manor in Ringwood, NJ (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). We continued on sharing awesome photos on Wednesday with Marina & Bobby’s summer 2012 wedding day (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). After that, we shared some adorable photos of kids at weddings (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album), and then we finished off the shortened week with the highlight recap from Amy and Michael’s wedding day (blog post, Youtube).

We were also awarded a place on New Jersey Bride Magazine’s 2013 “Love It” List, and we couldn’t be happier about it.

It’s been another fun week here at NJ’s best wedding photography Dean Michaels Studio. Sit back, relax, and read about everything you may have missed out on!

Sharon and James were married in October 2011 at Frank Anthony's Restaurant in Verona, NJ!

Dean Michaels Studio started out the week posting some loving shots from Sherryl and Hoa’s NJ engagement shoot (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). It was then back to remembering the summertime when Kelly and Michael’s July 2012 wedding photos went up on Wednesday (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). We then were lucky enough to share with everyone some extremely fun commercial portrait shots taken with the guys over at Morristown Tire back in November (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). Dean Michaels Studio ended the week super excited to share the wedding photos of our Round 7 Facebook Competition winners Elissa and Jay (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). WeddingThingz.com also shared Christina and Jonathan’s awesome wedding images up on their real weddings blog (blog post, Wedding Thingz gallery).

We also were awarded Wedding Wire’s Bride Choice Award for 2013, and were named the highest rated wedding photographer/videographer on The Knot!

It’s that time again – yet another recap of another week at New Jersey’s Best Wedding Photography – Dean Michaels Studio!!!

First off, we would like to wish a heartfelt congratulations to all of our happy couples getting married this weekend: Cynthia & Anthony, Jean Marie & Daniel, Marina & Robert, Maggie & Steven, Kirsten & Zak, and Kimberlee & Eric!!! We can’t wait to see all of the photos from each of your special days

We posted a really fun example of a great reception candid from Jessica and Eddie’s wedding, as well as a really unique and fun fireworks shot from Rosetta and John’s reception in honor of the Fourth of July.
It was also a week of posting weddings with really unique formal locations and reception shots, as we also posted some great shots from Christine and Gino’s September 2011 wedding (catch them up on the blog here and on Facebook, too!) as well as from Brianne and William’s August 2011 wedding (see them on the blog here and on Facebook, as well).

We also announced that we were awarded a 2012 Readers’ Choice Award from Morris|Essex Health & Life Magazine (go out and grab a copy of their June/July issue – it’s on sale now!!!).

Cynthia and Matthew were married last July with their ceremony held at the Grace Bible Chapel in Chester, NJ, and the formals and reception held at Bretton Woods in Morris Plains, NJ.

We had a great time last August shooting Joann & Brad's wedding and reception at the Red Oak Grille at the New Jersey National Golf Club in Basking Ridge, NJ!!

And yet another week goes by! We’d like to first offer our congratulations to our lucky couples getting married this weekend: Jen & Greg, Michelle & Anthony, Maria & James, Story & Douglas, Stephanie & Michael, Allison & Greg, Lucy & Jaime, Caitlyn & Christopher, and Alicia & Nicholas!!! Also, we’d like to wish an early congratulations to Jen & Matthew, who are tying the knot this coming Tuesday, right before the Fourth of July!

Earlier this week, we posted some great photos from the weddings of Antoinette and Michael (don’t forget to check their photos out on our Pinterest!) as well as from Melissa and Robert’s wedding at the Westmount Country Club.

We finished off the week posting photos from Barbara and Richard’s wedding, as well as the announcement that we’re officially Wedding Wire Rated for 2012.
