Happy NJ couple Beth and Evan got married this past September, and did Dean Michaels Studio have a lot of fun photographing this couple! Starting off with Beth the morning of at her parent’s home in Morris Plains, NJ, it was then off to meet Evan at the lovely fall ceremony at the Villa Walsh Academy in Morristown, NJ. From there, we took some wonderful formals outside The Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, NJ before the couple’s reception. We had an absolutely fantastic time at this wedding, and we’re thrilled at how much the photos capture how much fun the entire day was with this couple

Dean Michaels Studio had such a blast this past December at Tess & Jayvee’s wedding! We started off the day with Tess and her girls at her family home in Union, NJ, before heading off to the ceremony at the Sacred Heart Basilica in Newark, NJ. After some super fun formals outside the Basilica, it was off to the Venetian in Garfield, NJ  for the lively and energetic reception, surrounded by the happy couple and their overjoyed friends and family. Our NJ photographers and videographers had such a blast at their wedding, and we can’t wait to see how the rest of their amazing wedding video comes out!

Kathy and Mijo’s wedding took place on a beautiful fall day last October. It was a beautiful spring day this past April when Linda and Scott tied the knot! Dean Michaels Studio photography started out with the bride at her family home in Parsippany, NJ, before meeting up with the groom over at Lamberts Castle in Paterson, NJ for some great outdoor formals. It wasn’t before long we were capturing all of the special moments during the ceremony and reception at the Bethwood in Totowa, NJ. Our New Jersey photographers loved spending the day with the happy couple, and everyone thought it was the perfect wedding to share on the first day of spring of 2013!

Dean Michaels Studio is thrilled to present the winners of Round 8 of our Best of Weddings 2012 Facebook Competition – Elizabeth and Patrick. Our New Jersey photographers started off the beautiful October day with the bride and her girls getting ready at Elizabeth’s home in Wallington, NJ. Before long, we met up with the groom and his guys for some quick shots at Saint Joseph’s Parish in Passaic, NJ before the start of the gorgeous fall ceremony. After some quick and fun outdoor formals with their bridal party, it was off to meet up with the rest of their family and friends inside the reception at The Tides in North Haledon, NJ. Dean Michaels Studio knew when we took their engagement photos that their wedding photos were going to be great, and we weren’t disappointed. After beating out some tough competition with over 50 likes on their sampler, we’re absolutely thrilled to share their wedding photos with you. With the ninth and final preliminary round starting on Tuesday, we can’t wait to see who joins Elizabeth and Patrick with past round winners Erin & Tim, Kate & Chad, Dianna & Anthony, Dana & Andrew, Jean Marie & Daniel, Meghan & John and Elissa & Jay for the grand prize round, which will start in March!

Dean Michaels Studio was so excited to find out on our Twitter today that the wedding images from one our couples, Erin and Patrick, are up on In Bliss Wedding’s Real Weddings Blog. We had so much fun with this couple last August, starting out with the bride at the W Hotel in Hoboken, NJ, before meeting up with the groom for the ceremony at Saint Gabriel’s Church in Saddle River, NJ, formals at Lamberts Castle in Paterson, NJ, and finally ending the evening at the happy couple’s reception at the Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park, NJ.

Danielle & Andrew’s wedding at the Westmount Country Club was awesome – be sure to check out their engagement & wedding photos, too

Woo! Just because we’re off today due to the snow brought to us by Hurricane Nemo, doesn’t mean a recap of the shortened week isn’t in order. So sit back, relax, and take a look at what you might have missed this past week in the world of Dean Michaels Studio.

Dean Michaels Studio started the week off by posting some gorgeous photos from Michele and Jeff’s engagement shoot at Skylands Manor in Ringwood, NJ (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). We continued on sharing awesome photos on Wednesday with Marina & Bobby’s summer 2012 wedding day (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). After that, we shared some adorable photos of kids at weddings (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album), and then we finished off the shortened week with the highlight recap from Amy and Michael’s wedding day (blog post, Youtube).

We were also awarded a place on New Jersey Bride Magazine’s 2013 “Love It” List, and we couldn’t be happier about it.

One of the first questions Nichola and our other consultants ask when a prospective NJ bride and groom come into the studio is, “Do you have any little ones in the bridal party?”. Here at Dean Michaels Studio, we think it’s important to capture photographs of everyone involved in your special day, which is why we’ve found some our favorite wedding photos are of the kids included in your wedding day celebrations Whether they’re your ring bearer, flower girl, or a part of your immediate family, it’s great to share these adorable photos with everyone around you!

Dean Michaels Studio had such a blast last July when we were able to capture Marina and Bobby’s amazing wedding day. We started of the day with New Jersey bride Marina and her girls at Marina’s family home in Montville, NJ, before meeting up with Bobby and his groomsmen at Saint Thomas the Apostle Church in Bloomfield, NJ for the ceremony. After exchanging vows surrounded by their family and friends, it was off to The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, NJ for our New Jersey photographers to take some gorgeous formals as well as the exciting reception of the happy couple. The night ended with a fantastic fireworks display, and Dean Michaels Studio was absolutely thrilled that we were able to be there and capture every moment of Marina and Bobby’s special day!
