Firstly, we’d like to wish a heartfelt congratulations to Ashley, who celebrated her Sweet Sixteen this weekend, as well as our happy couples Harmony & Francis, Jocelyne & Matthew (check out their awesome engagement shoot here), and JoAnna & Fan (be sure to check out their engagement photos, too!), all of whom are tying the knot this weekend! We started off the week at the American Bridal Jersey City Bridal Show on Monday, where Rich had a great time talking to brides and enjoying the scenery at Michael Anthony’s Restaurant! Dean Michaels Studio then posted some really sweet photos from Ilyssa & Clarke’s Central Park engagement shoot (blog post, Facebook album). We also shared some really great engagement photos from Kristin & Ryan’s spring day in Hoboken (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album).

Dean Michaels Studio is also excited for next week, when we start our Best of Weddings 2013 Facebook Contest! We’ve got so many awesome an amazing couples this year that we’re excited to include

It’s been another busy week here at NJ’s Best Wedding Photography – Dean Michaels Studio, and we’re here to help keep it all straight!

Joann and Brad were married in August of 2011 at The Red Oak Grill at the New Jersey National Golf Club!

To start the recap, we’d like to wish a heartfelt congratulations to our New Jersey brides and grooms tying the knot this weekend: Kristine & Anthony, and Amal & Steve (check out their amazing engagement shoot here)!

We started off this busy busy week by posting some gorgeous photos from Debbie & Bob’s June 2012 wedding day (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). It was then off to sharing some beautiful engagement photos from JoAnna & Fan’s fall shoot (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). Then, in honor of Valentine’s Day, we shared some of our favorite wedding photos featuring red roses (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). At the end of the week, things got really exciting with the announcement of the winners of Round 8 of our Best of Weddings 2012 Contest, Elizabeth & Patrick (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). We finished the end of the week off this morning by sharing some photos from Marina’s Sweet Sixteen (blog post, blog gallery).

It was such a fun day last December for the Dean Michaels Studio event photographers were lucky enough to photograph Marina’s Sweet Sixteen. Our New Jersey photographers were not only able to capture some awesome formals of the birthday girl with her family, but also the moments with her friends at the resulting party at the Bethwood in Totowa, NJ.

It’s been a busy cyber week here at Dean Michaels Studio, so sit back, relax, and catch up on what you missed

To start it all off, everyone here at Dean Michaels Studio would like to wish a spirited congratulations to Aubrey and Michael, who tied the knot this past weekend! Also, happy birthday to Marina, who celebrated her sweet sixteen this weekend as well

We started the week off by posting some really awesome classic shots from Lauren and Rich’s 2009 Halloween wedding (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). It was then time to jump into the present by sharing some beautiful shots from Maria and Christopher’s summer wedding from earlier this year (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). It was definitely a happy birthday for Jesse last June when we were able to capture the excitement of her sweet sixteen festivities! Dean Michaels Studio had so much fun spending the day with her getting ready for her party at Cloud 94 at Boat Sails in New York, NY. It was a very happy birthday for Natasha back in March of 2011, and our NJ photographers here at Dean Michaels Studio were thrilled we were able to capture the moments of her special day with her. Starting off at her home in Flanders, NJ, it was then off to the Bethwood in Totowa, NJ to continue the festivities. Surrounded by her family and friends, we’re so happy we got to share Natasha’s NJ sweet sixteen with her! Don’t forget to like her album on our Facebook page!

With the start of summer comes not only the start of the wedding season, but the heart of the sweet sixteen celebrations, too. Jesse’s Sweet Sixteen was held last summer, and the gorgeous views that we were able to capture for her and her guests at the New York Skyport Marina overlooking New York City made for great pictures… not to mention her party was a fantastic way to celebrate turning sixteen!

Spring is in the air, which means that not only is it wedding and engagement season, but Sweet Sixteen and Quinceanera season, too. We always look forward to these events, because what’s more fun than photographing a wedding besides photographing a giant formal birthday party?

Catarina’s Sweet Sixteen took place at the Fairmount Country Club in Chatham, New Jersey, which is such a great location for events and weddings alike – speaking of which, we hope Catarina keeps us in mind for when her wedding comes along!
