Happy NJ couple Beth and Evan got married this past September, and did Dean Michaels Studio have a lot of fun photographing this couple! Starting off with Beth the morning of at her parent’s home in Morris Plains, NJ, it was then off to meet Evan at the lovely fall ceremony at the Villa Walsh Academy in Morristown, NJ. From there, we took some wonderful formals outside The Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, NJ before the couple’s reception. We had an absolutely fantastic time at this wedding, and we’re thrilled at how much the photos capture how much fun the entire day was with this couple

Kathy and Mijo’s wedding took place on a beautiful fall day last October. We started out the day way the bride at her family home in Maywood, NJ, before heading off to meet up with the groom and the rest of their family and friends at The Tides in North Haledon, NJ for both the ceremony and the reception. Dean Michaels Studio had a blast with this couple on their wedding day, and we’re thrilled we got to capture all the special moments on camera for them – and be sure to check out their amazing engagement shoot, too!

It’s been another crazy week of wedding photography and events here at Dean Michaels Studio! Let us catch you up with everything that’s been posted lately

Some of the outdoor formals for Jessica & Edward's June 2012 were taken at the Madison Train Station in Madison, NJ!

We had a little bit of a shortened week after a blog hiatus due to some updates (catch up with everything we uploaded during that time here), but Wednesday started off strong with Kirsten & Gabe’s beautiful January engagement shoot (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). We followed that up on Thursday with some gorgeous shots from Jenna & John’s wedding photos (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album), ending the week with our monthly classic couple, Anna & Kamil, and their wedding photos from August 2010 (blog post, blog gallery). Our friends over at the WeddingThingz.com Real Weddings/Engagements blog also shared Mary & AJ’s beach engagement shoot (blog post, WeddingThingz album).

We also updated our Instagram and Pinterest accounts this week!

Mary & AJ had a wonderful day down the shore this past October for their engagement shoot! Dean Michaels Studio enjoyed spending the day on the beach down at Sandy Hook with the couple, who will be getting married this August 2013 at the Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ. They got some super beachy photos for their save-the-dates – in the middle of fall weather! – but you can’t tell how chilly it was because of how happy they are in the photos; we just know their wedding is going to be filled with a lot of laughter and love! As the days get longer and the sun shines over the weekend, Dean Michaels Studio happily looks back on a very busy week at the beginning of what is setting itself up to be a very busy year!

Emily & Scott's wedding took place at The Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge, NJ in June of 2011.

We started off the week by posting the samplers for Round 8 of our Best of Weddings 2012 Facebook Competition (blog post, Facebook album). We also announced that Dean Michaels Studio made it to the final round of WeddingThingz.com’s Wedding Photo of the Year contest (blog post, WeddingThingz blog post) – and don’t forget to vote! We were then really excited to share some weird portraits taken of Weird New Jersey founders Mark & Mark (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album) before sharing some gorgeous images from Alycia & Brendan’s August 2012 wedding day (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). We finished the week by posting some super fun images from Suzana & Justin’s fall 2012 city engagement shoot (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). Dean Michaels Studio also announced our participation as a vendor at two upcoming bridal shows – the 2013 Madison Hotel Bridal Show and Unveiled: The Exclusive Bridal Showcase, both of which are coming up at the end of January and beginning of February.

It’s been another fun week here at NJ’s best wedding photography Dean Michaels Studio. Sit back, relax, and read about everything you may have missed out on!

Sharon and James were married in October 2011 at Frank Anthony's Restaurant in Verona, NJ!

Dean Michaels Studio started out the week posting some loving shots from Sherryl and Hoa’s NJ engagement shoot (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). It was then back to remembering the summertime when Kelly and Michael’s July 2012 wedding photos went up on Wednesday (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). We then were lucky enough to share with everyone some extremely fun commercial portrait shots taken with the guys over at Morristown Tire back in November (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). Dean Michaels Studio ended the week super excited to share the wedding photos of our Round 7 Facebook Competition winners Elissa and Jay (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). WeddingThingz.com also shared Christina and Jonathan’s awesome wedding images up on their real weddings blog (blog post, Wedding Thingz gallery).

We also were awarded Wedding Wire’s Bride Choice Award for 2013, and were named the highest rated wedding photographer/videographer on The Knot!

We started off this week with the posting and start of voting for Round 7 of our Best of Weddings Competition, which we couldn’t be more excited for! Voting for these couples has already gotten off to a festive (and popular) start.
