It’s been a fun and exciting first week of May here at Dean Michaels Studio, and we’re here to help you play catch-up!

After updating our Pinterest page and Instagram accounts earlier this week, we posted some really awesome classic wedding photos from Toni Ann & James’ 2008 fall wedding day (blog post, blog gallery). Dean Michaels Studio was also happy to announce that happy NJ couple Dana & Andrew won our Grand Prize Round for our Best of Weddings 2012 Facebook Contest, which after all nine rounds of competition (!), means that they’re wedding photos were voted the favorites of the year! Congratulations!

It was a beautiful November day last year when Dean Michaels Studio was able to capture every moment of Danielle and Frank’s wedding day! Starting out with Danielle and her family at home in Parsippany, NJ, and Frank and his family at his home in Staten Island, NY, everyone then came together for the beautiful ceremony at Saint Thomas the Apostle Church in Bloomfield, NJ. After heading out with our NJ photographers for some great fall outdoor formals at Lamberts Castle in Paterson, NJ, we had the best time photographing all of the unique moments at the happy couple’s reception at the Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park, NJ.

It was a beautiful spring day this past April when Linda and Scott tied the knot! Dean Michaels Studio photography started out with the bride at her family home in Parsippany, NJ, before meeting up with the groom over at Lamberts Castle in Paterson, NJ for some great outdoor formals. It wasn’t before long we were capturing all of the special moments during the ceremony and reception at the Bethwood in Totowa, NJ. Our New Jersey photographers loved spending the day with the happy couple, and everyone thought it was the perfect wedding to share on the first day of spring of 2013!

Dean Michaels Studio was so excited to find out on our Twitter today that the wedding images from one our couples, Erin and Patrick, are up on In Bliss Wedding’s Real Weddings Blog. It was a family affair this past October for Dean Michaels Studio when Dean’s niece Danielle married her fiance Andrew! Danielle started her day at her family home in Denville, NJ, while Andrew and his groomsmen got ready at his home in Teaneck, NJ. After a fun stop at Lambert Castle in Paterson, NJ for some lively formals, it was then back to the Westmount for the happy couple’s beautiful outdoor ceremony and reception. Everyone here at Dean Michaels Studio is absolutely thrilled with how gorgeous both the wedding and that the photos were able to capture Danielle and Andrew’s special day. It was a festive February night last year when NJ couple Allison and Steven got married! Our New Jersey photographers started the day off getting ready at Allison’s family home, before heading off to the ceremony at Saint John Kanty Church in Clifton, NJ. It was then off to Lamberts Castle in Paterson, NJ, before heading off to celebrate the day at the reception at the Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park, NJ. There were sunflowers all around for Maria and Stephen’s festive October New Jersey wedding. Our photographers at NJ’s best wedding photography – Dean Michaels Studio first spent the morning, respectively, with the bride at her parent’s home and the groom at his parent’s home, both in Staten Island, NY. Then it was off to the ceremony at Saint Teresa’s Parish (also in Staten Island), followed closely by the happy couple’s formals at Lamberts Castle in Paterson, NJ. We ended the night, surrounded by Stephen and Maria’s friends and family at their reception at The Venetian in Garfield, NJ, and we were so excited to have been able to spend the day capturing the moments of such a loving couple. The weather was beautiful for Nicole and Matthew’s wedding day in June of 2011. Our NJ photographers at Dean Michaels Studio started off the day at the bride’s home in Franklin Lakes, NJ, followed by the ceremony at the Church of Saint Elizabeth in Wycoff, NJ. It was then off to take formals at the nearby Lamberts Castle in Paterson, NJ, before heading off to the happy couple’s reception at the Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park, NJ. The sun was shining, the dance floor was packed, and we were so glad that we could be involved in such a festive and memorable occasion for such a special New Jersey couple. Starting the day off with the bride at the Holiday Inn in Totowa, NJ, and then following the couple off to the ceremony at the Queen of Peace Parish in North Arlington, NJ, their formals at Lamberts Castle in Paterson, NJ and finally finishing the day at the reception at the Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park, NJ, we couldn’t have had a better couple to work with. We had a great time last December at Courtney and Mike’s extremely memorable New Jersey wedding. The couple and their guests were so enthusiastic, we ended up with some super creative photos for their wedding album

Starting off at the bride’s family home in Augusta, New Jersey, and then capturing the ceremony at the Immaculate Conception Parish in Franklin, New Jersey, the formals at Lambert Castle in Paterson, New Jersey, and finally the reception at the Brownstone (also in Paterson), we were absolutely thrilled at how all of the photos came out, and we’re happy to say the bride and groom were too.
