Our NJ photographers here at Dean Michaels Studio had a blast spending the day in Central Park with New Jersey couple Ilyssa and Clarke this past April. Although they haven’t set a date quite yet, we loved hearing about how Clarke proposed in Paris – Ilyssa wore the same dress in the shoot that she did the night he proposed! – and we think their engagement shoot came out wonderfully!

It was a brisk and gorgeous March day when Dean Michaels Studio shot Faryn and Jack’s engagement photos in Central Park this past March. These amazing shots just make us even more excited for their upcoming November 2013 wedding at the Fairlawn Jewish Center in Fairlawn, NJ, and everyone here at the studio is thrilled to share them!

We had such a great time in New York City with Dara & Doug shooting their engagement portraits. With their NJ wedding at the Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes coming up in October, our NJ photographers had a great opportunity to get to know the couple and get some really fun shots before the big day. It was even a family affair – that’s actually the groom-to-be’s brother on the steps in front of the couple in the first photo below! With their New Jersey wedding coming up quickly in September (at the Skylands Manor in Ringwood, NJ), we were so happy to be able to spend the day taking these awesome engagement shots with Jason and Elissa in New York City. They got really into the different locations (including the Highline!), and just had all around fun when it came to getting these wonderful engagement photos that we’re now sharing with you! With their NY wedding coming up in November 2012 at the Pearl River Hilton in Pearl River, New York, we had so much fun doing this engagement shoot with Jennifer and Daniel! With shots taken around the city (including Central Park and their favorite restaurant), these two avid sports fans seemed excited about their upcoming New York wedding. We’re so glad we got to take their engagement portraits, if only so that we know how much fun their wedding is going to be

We were so thrilled when Chad and Kate tied the knot this past April (their wedding photos will be up soon!), but we also really love their outdoor engagement shoot in Central Park. Scheduling an engagement shoot is not only a great way for you to meet your photographer, but it’s also great for the photographer to get to know you and the kind of shots you really want from your wedding day.
