What a week that’s gone by, and what a week to come! Hope everyone has a super enjoyable holiday

Dean Michaels Studio started this week off posting some extremely memorable shots from Jordyn’s Bat Mitzvah celebration (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). We then posted some really cool shots of Patrizia and Bill’s engagement shoot down in Fort Lee, NJ (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). Thursday brought along fun couple William and Nicole’s summer 2012 wedding day (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album), while Friday brought a double dose of Rachel and Mark’s wedding images (blog post, WeddingThingz.com gallery) and Kristin and Matt’s 2011 wedding day (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album).

We also made some updates to our Pinterest account, and our brand new YouTube channel went live earlier this week, too!

**Dean Michaels Studio’s hours for the next two weeks are as follows: next week, we’re closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (December 24th-26th) for Christmas. We’re also closed December 31st, as well as January 1st and 2nd for New Years. If you’ve got any questions, please don’t hesitate to call the studio (973.377.0761) and enjoy your holiday!!!**

It’s been a busy cyber week here at Dean Michaels Studio, so sit back, relax, and catch up on what you missed

To start it all off, everyone here at Dean Michaels Studio would like to wish a spirited congratulations to Aubrey and Michael, who tied the knot this past weekend! Also, happy birthday to Marina, who celebrated her sweet sixteen this weekend as well

We started the week off by posting some really awesome classic shots from Lauren and Rich’s 2009 Halloween wedding (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). It was then time to jump into the present by sharing some beautiful shots from Maria and Christopher’s summer wedding from earlier this year (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album). In the middle of the week, it was some fun shots from Amal and Steve’s NJ engagement session that got us inspired (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album), before we announced the winner of Round 6 of our Best of Facebook Contest and shared Meghan and John’s fantastic wedding images (blog post, blog gallery, Facebook album).

There were sunflowers all around for Maria and Stephen’s festive October New Jersey wedding. Our photographers at NJ’s best wedding photography – Dean Michaels Studio first spent the morning, respectively, with the bride at her parent’s home and the groom at his parent’s home, both in Staten Island, NY. Then it was off to the ceremony at Saint Teresa’s Parish (also in Staten Island), followed closely by the happy couple’s formals at Lamberts Castle in Paterson, NJ. We ended the night, surrounded by Stephen and Maria’s friends and family at their reception at The Venetian in Garfield, NJ, and we were so excited to have been able to spend the day capturing the moments of such a loving couple. Our wedding photographers here at Dean Michaels Studio – the best NJ wedding photography were so excited to hear that Dianna and Anthony had won the third round of our Best of Weddings Facebook Competition! We had so much fun with this couple this past May on their wedding day, and they have so many great photos to show for it
Starting off the day at Dianna’s home in Staten Island, NY, then off to the ceremony at Saint Charles Church (also in Staten Island), and then with a quick stop to Grandma’s house (also in Staten Island) before heading off to the couple’s reception at the Florentine Gardens in Rivervale, NJ, it was a busy day filled with lots of love and excitement. With nearly 150 likes on their Facebook sampler (congratulations, again!), they blew the rest of the competition out of the water, and we’re so happy we’re able to share their wedding photos with you (don’t forget to check out their Facebook album either); everyone here at Dean Michaels Studio can’t wait to see them at the end of the year up against Kate & Chad and Erin & Tim!

Our New Jersey photographers had so much fun at Jillian and John’s wedding in March of last year. It’s always a blast for our New Jersey wedding photographers when we get to venture into New York for an entire wedding, and as you can see with the photos below, Brianne and William’s wedding day certainly did not disappoint. Starting off at Brianne’s parent’s home in Riverdale, New York, the ceremony at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in New York, New York and the resulting formal and reception shots in and around Battery Gardens in the heart of Manhattan, it seems everyone involved in the wedding was enjoying the fun party atmosphere. We love weddings like this where everyone just relaxes and has a great time – it makes the entire wedding photography experience more enjoyable, and the pictures themselves definitely showcase the mood of this New York wedding (and don’t forget to check out the album on Facebook!). Al and Lindsey were married last September, with their photos having been taken at Lindsey’s family home in Hackettstown, New Jersey, at the ceremony at Saint Jude’s Parish in Budd Lake, New Jersey, and finally at the reception at the Valley Regency in Clifton, New Jersey. They were such a fun couple, which completely shows throughout their photographs, and Rachel’s having a great time working with them on their album design. It’s been a month, and we have our first ever winner for our Best of Weddings Competition! Erin and Tim’s Saint Patrick’s Day wedding was just this past March, and it was such a colorful and fun spring event! With the bride getting prepped at her parent’s house in Union, New Jersey, the ceremony at the Holy Spirit Church (also in Union) and the reception at Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Bedminster, New Jersey, the photos came out fantastic and the day was so much fun to be a part of.
